Welcome to Find In Circle, a digital marketplace platform where vendors can register their businesses and users can buy products/services securely. Payments are processed via Razorpay.

⚠️ By using this app, you agree to our Terms, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy described below.

1. Terms of Service

All users must provide accurate information during registration and usage. Vendors must comply with Indian laws and regulations, including:

Providing proper invoices for all transactions
Maintaining accurate GST details and compliance
Ensuring product/service descriptions are truthful and complete
Honoring all commitments made to customers

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account for misuse, fraudulent activities, or policy violations without prior notice.

2. Vendor Terms

Vendors registering on Find In Circle agree to:

Product Accuracy: Maintain accurate and up-to-date product information including pricing, availability, and descriptions
Order Fulfillment: Process orders promptly and ship within the committed timeframe
Returns & Refunds: Handle return requests and process refunds as per platform policies
Platform Charges: Settlement to vendor bank accounts will be made after deducting applicable platform charges and transaction fees
Tax Compliance: Vendors are responsible for all tax obligations including GST filing

3. Buyer Terms

Buyers using Find In Circle can:

Purchase products/services safely through Razorpay payment gateway
Track orders and manage their account through the app
Request refunds for eligible orders as per our refund policy
Report issues or disputes through our grievance mechanism

Buyers must ensure that the delivery address and contact information provided is accurate and complete.

4. Payments & Security

All payments on Find In Circle are securely processed via Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Key points:

We do not store any card numbers, CVV, or UPI PIN details
All payment information is encrypted and handled by Razorpay
Multiple payment options available: UPI, Cards, Net Banking, Wallets
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method
Refund processing time: 5-7 working days depending on your bank

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation:

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch without any charges
Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible
Contact the vendor immediately for cancellation requests

Refund:

Eligible refunds will be initiated within 48 hours after approval
Refund amount will be credited to the original payment source
Processing time: 5-7 working days (bank dependent)
Partial refunds may apply if product is used or damaged

6. Privacy Policy

Find In Circle respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data:

Data Collection: We collect information necessary for providing services including name, email, phone, address
Usage: Data is used solely for order processing, delivery, customer support, and service improvement
Sharing: Personal information is not shared with third parties except as required for payment processing (Razorpay) and delivery
Security: We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data
Rights: You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us

7. Grievance & Dispute Resolution

For any dispute, complaint, or grievance regarding orders, payments, or services:

First, contact the vendor directly through the app
If unresolved, raise a complaint with our grievance officer
We aim to resolve all complaints within 7 working days

Legal Jurisdiction: All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Aurangabad, Maharashtra, India.
